Past puzzles stay open for a week.
Draped is a daily guessing game. Every day a new everyday object hides under a cloth, and you have six guesses to work out what it is.
Each wrong guess swaps in a thinner cloth (wool, then cotton, then satin, then bubble wrap), so more of the shape shows. The ruler tells you how tall the object really is.
Everyone gets the same object on the same day, and a new one appears at midnight where you are. Missed a day? You can replay the last week from the calendar.
No accounts, no cookies, no ads. Draped doesn't ask who you are, and nothing it collects is linked to you.
To remember your games, Draped stores the following in your browser's local storage, on your device: your guesses, your streak, and whether you've seen the help screen and the home-screen offer. Clearing your browser's data for this site removes it, and resets your streak.
To improve the puzzles, the game also sends a few anonymous counts: when you start and finish a puzzle, how many guesses it took, your wrong guesses, your streak length, and whether you shared your result or added the game to your home screen. They carry no ID, cookie or IP address, only the country they came from, so they can't be tied to you or your device. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies.
Like any website, the server that delivers the game (Cloudflare), and the public service the game loads its 3D engine from (unpkg.com), receive your device's IP address so they can send you the files.
Draped is a free daily puzzle. Something is hiding under the cloth: guess what it is.
